Justice By Objectives addresses this gap by providing holistic, trauma-informed resources that support true reintegration and personal transformation. Our work includes education, practical tools and tips, field trips, paid apprenticeship programs, professional trainings, community events, peer support, and guidance rooted in lived experience. We understand the system from the inside out and meet individuals where they are, without judgment, while helping them build sustainable paths forward.
Our approach recognizes that accountability alone does not create change. Healing, education, and opportunity do. By prioritizing restoration alongside responsibility, we help individuals reconnect with purpose, develop skills, and reenter their communities with confidence and support. When healing is integrated into reentry, outcomes improve, not only for individuals, but for families and society as a whole.
